Introduction to drum sand screening machine:
The drum screen mainly consists of a motor, a reducer, a drum device, a frame, a sealing cover, and an inlet and outlet. The drum device is installed obliquely on the frame. The electric motor is connected to the drum device through a coupling via a reducer, driving the drum device to rotate around its axis. After the material enters the drum device, due to the tilt and rotation of the drum device, the material on the screen surface flips and rolls, causing qualified materials (undersized products) to be discharged through the discharge port at the bottom of the rear end of the drum, and unqualified materials (undersized products) to be discharged through the discharge port at the tail end of the drum. Due to the flipping and rolling of materials inside the drum, materials stuck in the sieve holes can be ejected, preventing the sieve holes from clogging. The principle and structure of drum sand screening machine, drum screening machine, and drum screen are roughly the same, but there are differences in people's understanding and naming of them.
Product advantages:
1. Low speed smooth rotation, high reliability, low maintenance rate, and long service life of the whole machine. Not easily clogged, suitable for screening damp materials.
2. The screen area is large, and it alternately contacts materials, resulting in a long overall lifespan of the screen.
Working Principle:
By rotating along the axis and using angles to make the material pass through and move forward in the sieve cylinder, the material is carried to a certain height in the cylinder and then flipped over, which is beneficial for improving screening efficiency. The particles trapped on the upper half of the sieve surface fall off, effectively preventing blockage.
