The equipment is optimized for river purification, urban tap water plant purification, artificial lake water treatment, etc., based on hydrodynamics, hydrochemistry, and other water treatment theories. This filter machine has been enhanced with a urea and oil removal unit and an anti-backwash fault control device to meet the water quality and operational management requirements, thereby increasing its stability. Additionally, the filter machine is easy to manage, operate, and maintain, significantly reducing the workload and complexity for management personnel, making water quality management hassle-free, labor-saving, and cost-effective.

The primary pollutants in water are urea, dissolved enzymes, dissolved proteins, oils, and other organic contaminants. Conventional processes cannot remove these organic pollutants from water, so the understanding of water treatment is still in its infancy. Gravity-based water purification equipment can eliminate organic pollutants from water, and the process is described as follows:

Aeration Oxygen Supply

Aeration flotation involves the process of dissolving air in water and separating organic matter. Its purposes are: one, to remove organic pollutants such as human waste from water; two, to increase the dissolved oxygen content in water, enhancing its self-cleaning ability. The saying "a flowing water does not rot" embodies this principle.

Two: Precision Filter

It is a composite filter layer made up of various minerals as the filter medium, arranged in layers from top to bottom based on their specific gravity, offering high filtration precision.

Three: Re-aeration Dissolved Oxygen

The purified water filtered through the Xi'an integrated water purification equipment collects from the clean water tank at the top of the water treatment unit and flows into the equipment's outlet trough. It is then further aerated by the spiral aeration device in the outlet trough, enhancing the dissolved oxygen content. This process activates and freshens the water, further improving its self-cleaning and purification capabilities.

Four: Backwashing: Automatically judge whether to perform backwashing based on the pressure changes of the integrated water purification equipment.
