Difficulty in installing electronic truck scales:

For electronic vehicle scales without ground-level high support models, the supporting points of the scale should be elevated at least 50mm above the ground to prevent ground water and flowing sand from entering the basic components of the electronic vehicle scale, thereby eroding the basic plate, foot screws, and the connection to the weighing sensor. The use of these steel components has a limited lifespan, which increases the maintenance and repair costs as well as the operational output power of the electronic vehicle scale.

The base plate is a steel component that supports the heavy-duty truck scale, with the electronic vehicle scale connected to the concrete foundation via the base plate. 5. There must be no dirt or debris such as stones or coal in the gaps around the weighing platform. The precision locating foot screws of the weighing service platform must not collide or rub against each other. All supporting component features are excellent, and the overpressure protection equipment of the weighing service platform should be adjusted to the designated location.

6. Vehicles should be driven straight on the I and F platforms at a speed no faster than 5 km/h, then gently apply the brake pedal, and stop as close to the center of the weighing platform as possible. Weigh the vehicle after it has stabilized.

7. Arc welding operations on weight sensors are prohibited. The weighing service platform and its surrounding environment must be kept clean and dry to prevent air pollution from impurities and debris. The junction box should be kept dry and clean, and desiccants in the junction box should be replaced on schedule. Essential anti-rust measures are taken to extend the service life of the weight sensors.
