Direct Cause of the Failure
When using an electronic truck scale, there are four critical reasons why it's important to identify anomalies indicated by the gauge: a fault with the gauge itself, loose connections between the gauge and the terminal strip, poor contact in the circuit, and a damp cable board on the electronic truck scale, which can damage signal transmission and weighbridge system.
Fault Elimination and Prevention Measures
We will connect the gauge to the computer simulator to check if the gauge indicates everything is normal, and if the power box's electrical connection lines to the gauge are loose or damaged. If any electrical connection lines are loose, they should be immediately reinserted into the electrical terminal. If damaged, new electrical connection lines should be replaced promptly. Check if the electronic truck scale's plug-in board is damp and damaged, and ensure good air circulation and dryness of the plug-in board. Carefully and meticulously balance the symmetrical net weight sensor, and immediately remove the electronic truck scale from operation.
The weighing values indicated by the experimental equipment are not precise.

This may be due to the cracking of the weight connection joint, movement of the sensors, damage to the connection core of the data signal transmission, and damage to the experimental instrument circuit.

We conducted weight calibration to ensure the experimental equipment's indicating values are normal. We checked the connection of the copper core cables for data signal transmission to see if there was any damage. If damaged, the cables should be immediately disconnected. If the sensor has been moved, it should be corrected promptly. As part of the maintenance, we ensured that the connection parts are not cracked and that the electronic truck scale operates normally.
3. The gauge indicates that the operation or load overall objectives were not affected by zero.

Electronic truck scale weighing sensor exhibits severe zero-point drift, sensor limit position is stuck, and the fixed bracket of the sensor is cracked, resulting in the instrument panel showing incorrect readings during operation or overload of the electronic truck scale.
(2) Fault Elimination and Prevention Measures
Thoroughly inspect sensors, properly handle sensor failures, promptly replace with new sensors, check the horizontal and vertical precision screws on the sensors, disassemble the new sensor mounting bracket, and utilize the constant-voltage protective DC transformer meter.
