BZ2BV Series Water Ring Vacuum Pumps and Closed-loop Compressor Systems

A vacuum degassing station (vacuum generator) is a complete system consisting of one or two water ring vacuum pumps as the vacuum acquisition equipment and a vacuum tank as the storage equipment. For applications that frequently use a vacuum source but require a relatively small amount of suction, this system significantly saves energy and extends the lifespan of the vacuum pump compared to using the vacuum system directly.

Operating Principle:

Firstly, set the upper and lower limits of the vacuum system (for instance, the upper limit set to -0.08 MPa and the lower limit to -0.06 MPa). After starting the system, one vacuum pump begins to operate until the vacuum inside the vacuum vessel exceeds the upper limit of -0.08 MPa. At this point, the vacuum pump automatically stops. The vacuum inside the vessel is then automatically cut off by the reverse-check valve. If, due to operational needs, the vacuum inside the vessel drops below the lower limit of -0.06 MPa, the other vacuum pump automatically starts, running until the vacuum inside the vessel reaches the upper limit of -0.08 MPa. This cycle repeats automatically, ensuring the vacuum inside the vessel is maintained between the upper and lower limits.
