2BV series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors, incorporating advanced international technology. Typically used for suction of gases that are non-solid-particle, non-soluble in water, and non-corrosive, to form vacuum and pressure within sealed containers. Modified with structural materials, they can also be used for corrosive gases. They are widely applicable in industries such as papermaking, chemicals, petrochemicals, light industry, pharmaceuticals, food, metallurgy, construction materials, electrical appliances, coal washing, ore selection, and fertilizer production.

The 2BV series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors utilize a single-stage, single-acting structural design, offering advantages such as simple structure, easy maintenance, high efficiency, energy saving, and reliable operation. The design of critical components like the pump shaft, impeller, and distribution plate has been optimized. Both cast iron and stamping-formed welded impellers are subjected to excellent heat treatment. They undergo separate balancing and dynamic balancing checks before and after the interference fit heat assembly, ensuring smoother operation and superior impact resistance, suitable for harsh conditions with large drainage volumes and load fluctuations.
