2BEA series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors, incorporating advanced international technology. Typically used for suction of gases that are free of solid particles, not soluble in water, and non-corrosive, to form vacuum and pressure in sealed containers. By altering the structural materials, they can also be used for suction of corrosive gases. They are widely applicable in industries such as papermaking, chemicals, petrochemicals, light industry, pharmaceuticals, food, metallurgy, construction materials, electrical appliances, coal washing, ore selection, and chemical fertilizer.

The 2BEA series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors feature a single-stage, single-acting structure, offering advantages such as simple design, easy maintenance, high efficiency, energy-saving, and reliable operation. The design of critical components like the pump shaft, impeller, and distribution plate has been optimized. Both cast iron impellers and stamped, welded impellers have undergone excellent heat treatment. Additionally, they are individually balanced and dynamically balanced before and after the hot fit, ensuring smoother operation and enhanced shock resistance, making them suitable for harsh conditions with high drainage volume and load fluctuations.

2BEA series water ring vacuum pumps, come with an integrated steam-water separator; equipped with multi-position inlet and exhaust ports, the pump cover is fitted with an exhaust valve inspection cover, making assembly and maintenance more convenient.
