2BEC Series Water Ring Vacuum Pumps and Compressors, integrating advanced international technology. Generally used for suction of gases that are free of solid particles, not soluble in water, and non-corrosive, to create vacuum and pressure in sealed containers. By altering the structural materials, they can also be used for suction of corrosive gases. They are widely applicable in industries such as papermaking, chemicals, petrochemicals, light industry, pharmaceuticals, food, metallurgy, construction materials, electrical appliances, coal washing, ore selection, and fertilizer production.

The 2BEC series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors feature a single-stage, single-acting structure, offering advantages such as simple design, easy maintenance, high efficiency, energy saving, and reliable operation. The design of critical components like the pump shaft, impeller, and distribution plate has been optimized. Both cast iron impellers and stamped, welded impellers have undergone excellent heat treatment. They are individually checked for balance and dynamic balance before and after the hot fit-up to ensure smooth operation and excellent shock resistance, adapting to harsh conditions such as high drainage volume and load fluctuations.

2BEC series water ring vacuum pumps, come with an integrated vapor-liquid separator; equipped with multiple inlets and outlets for easier exhaust and intake, the pump cover is enhanced with a maintenance inspection window for the exhaust valve, making assembly and maintenance more convenient.
