SH Series Product Introduction

The Sh series and S series are single-stage, double-suction, horizontal split-case centrifugal pumps suitable for transferring clean water and liquids that are non-corrosive (or slightly corrosive). The medium's maximum temperature is 80°C, and after the bearing housing is cooled with water, it can handle hot water below 130°C. By altering the manufacturing materials of the sealing rings, shaft sleeves, and impellers, slurry containing silt and sand can be pumped; changing the materials of the pump body and cover can increase the pump's inlet pressure, making it suitable for closed-loop systems like air conditioning and heating. Copper impellers and copper sealing rings are used for transferring oil products.

The shaft seal of the pump uses soft packing (graphite asbestos or carbon fiber packing) and can also be a mechanical seal upon customer request. From the motor direction, the suction inlet of the Sh-type pump is on the left (counter-clockwise rotation); for the S-type pump, it's on the right (clockwise rotation), and the pump rotation direction can be changed according to customer requirements.

Manufacturing Materials: Pump housing and cover – cast iron or ductile iron; impeller – cast iron, ductile iron, or cast copper; shaft – carbon steel or stainless steel.

Pumps with power ≤ 100kW are equipped with a common base. For pumps with power > 100kW and diameter ≥ 350mm, a common base is only supplied upon customer request.

The significance of numbers in pump model names: e.g., 10Sh-9A. 10 -- The pump's inlet and outlet diameters are divided by 25 (the pump's bore is 250), 19 -- The pump's specific speed is divided by 10, A -- The impeller has been cut for the first time.
