2X Series Product Introduction

2X scroll vacuum pumps feature a structure that utilizes eccentrically mounted rotors within the stator cavity and two scrolls sliding within the rotor slots, which are held tightly against the inner wall of the stator by spring tension and centrifugal force. This divides the stator into two working chambers; one side's volume expands to draw in gas, while the other's volume decreases to compress the gas. When the gas pressure reaches atmospheric pressure, it is discharged through an exhaust valve. This process repeats twice per revolution. The 2X scroll vacuum pumps are of a two-stage design; when the suction pressure is high, both high and low stages can exhaust simultaneously. At lower suction pressures, gas enters the high-stage chamber through the suction port, is compressed, and then flows through the internal airways of the middle wall into the low-stage chamber for further compression before being exhausted through the low-stage exhaust valve. When equipped with a gas trap valve, the pump allows for the removal of gases containing a small amount of steam and other condensable vapors. The 2X-4, 8A, 8, and 15 pumps have an upper and lower eccentric structure, with the high and low-stage rotors connected by a cam and groove rotational form. The 2X-30A and 70A pumps have a side eccentric structure, with the low-stage rotor mounted on the high-stage rotor shaft and rotating, and they are designed with internal cooling water in the pump housing, which features low pump temperature and low ultimate total pressure.
