SZ Series Product Introduction

The SZ water ring vacuum pump is a type of vacuum pump equipment. This series of vacuum pumps has a suction speed of 1.5-27 cubic meters per minute, an ultimate vacuum degree of up to 93%, and is made of cast iron for the flow material. The applicable working temperature range is from -10°C to 40°C, with power ratings varying from 4 to 75 kilowatts.

The SZ series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are designed for suction and compression of air and other non-corrosive, water-insoluble gases without solid particles, to create vacuum and pressure within sealed containers. Although they allow a small amount of liquid to be mixed with the吸入 gas, they are widely used in mechanical, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, sugar, and electronics industries. Due to the isothermal compression of gases during operation, they are safe to use when compressing and suctioning flammable and explosive gases, making their applications even broader. The SZ model comes in four specifications: SZ-4Z, which achieves a vacuum degree of 86%-95%. The SZ-1 and SZ-2 can form a pressure of 1.0-1.4 kg/cm². The SZ-3 and SZ-4, under the allowed motor power, can achieve a pressure of 1.5 kg/cm², and increasing the motor power can raise the pressure to 2.1 kg/cm².
