2BEC Series Water Ring Vacuum Pumps and Compressors, incorporating advanced international technology. Typically used for suction of gases that are free of solid particles, not soluble in water, and non-corrosive, to create vacuum and pressure in sealed containers. With modifications to the structural materials, they can also be used for suction of corrosive gases. Widely applicable in industries such as papermaking, chemicals, petrochemicals, light industry, pharmaceuticals, food, metallurgy, building materials, electrical appliances, coal washing, mineral selection, and fertilizer production.

The 2BEC series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors feature a single-stage, single-acting structure, offering advantages such as simple design, easy maintenance, high efficiency, energy saving, and reliable operation. The design of critical components like the pump shaft, impeller, and distribution plate has been optimized. Both cast iron impellers and stamped, welded impellers have been subjected to excellent heat treatment. They undergo separate balancing and dynamic balancing checks before and after hot fitting with interference, ensuring smoother operation and improved shock resistance, suitable for harsh conditions with large drainage volumes and load fluctuations.

2BEC series water ring vacuum pumps, come with an integrated steam-water separator; equipped with multi-position inlet and exhaust ports, an exhaust valve inspection cover is added to the pump cover for easier assembly and maintenance.
