Installation of guardrail templates should be strictly according to specifications to ensure no slippage, misalignment, deformation, or leakage during concrete work, and to guarantee the appearance quality of the concrete. 3. Embed 40cm support steel at 10cm above the beam surface, ensuring the lower section size and tightening with tie rods. Use 17cm steel as support on the top surface, tightened with tie rods to secure the upper section size. Embed steel bars at a certain distance on the inside of the guardrail as support points for the top pulling template, firmly supporting the guardrail template for stability. 4. Apply plastic tape at the template joints, tighten templates with screws, and fill the joints between the template and the paving layer with sponge material to ensure tightness, no leakage, or contamination. Control misalignment during template installation. 5. Set the bridge lighting guardrail crack at the pier top and midspan. For spans greater than 30m, additional cracks can be added to prevent concrete cracking under traffic loads. Use foam material for the crack and steel plates for the end templates.
