Below, I will detail the construction techniques for these two methods: I. Reverse Simulated Wood Railing Construction Technique: Preparation Before Installation: 1. Check if the foundation of the simulated wood railings meets the installation requirements according to the design specifications. If not, order corrections. If the foundation is handled by the client, the contractor is responsible for the technical briefing. The foundation should ensure a flatness pass rate of over 95%, with预留孔 for pre-burying pillars. 2. Inspect each component such as pillars, separators, and beams of the simulated wood railings transported to the construction site, checking for deformation during transportation and storage, and verifying the accuracy of the simulated wood railing dimensions. 3. Installation of Simulated Wood Railings: 1. (2) Spraying technique points: ① The mixing and stirring techniques of the paint and the interval between coats should be guided by the technical staff according to the product manual and inspection report provided by the paint manufacturer. ② Select the appropriate tools for the paint characteristics; thoroughly clean all tools if switching to other paints. II. Concrete Simulated Wood Railing Construction Technique: Internal Structure Shaping: The internal structure shaping is the fundamental step in the simulated wood making process, determining the overall shape quality of the railings. Formal simulated wood railing manufacturing teams typically follow the garden designer's pre-designed plans. However, in reality, most simulated wood railing welders shape according to their own ideas. After shaping the internal structure, prepare the wire mesh to lay the groundwork for subsequent surface shaping. (There are also options to use bricks for internal shaping, but they do not look as good as with steel wire). Surface Shaping: First, apply cement paste to the wire mesh, where you can make some simple shaping as a foundation for future shaping, or you can choose not to shape and simply apply the cement. Then, the surface "skin" treatment of the simulated wood railing, which is based on the layering and is an important step in the shaping process. Dyeing of Simulated Wood Railings: Dyeing may seem simple, but it involves a lot of expertise. This step requires not only a skilled colorist in the manufacturing team but also dyeing according to the railing's shape and the type of wood being simulated. Do not mix colors randomly, as this can make the simulated wood railing look unrecognizable. Maintenance of Simulated Wood Railings: The material used for making simulated wood railings is concrete, which has a significant drawback of cracking. This issue has always been a headache for garden landscape makers. The reason why the simulated wood and artificial hills made by wooden garden construction teams do not crack is not because they have any other tricks, but because they are careful with the proportions of cement, river sand, and water, and they put more effort into daily maintenance than other garden construction teams. Wooden garden construction teams suggest that whether it's simulated wood or artificial hills, water should be sprinkled three times a day, including early morning, midday, and evening, even on cloudy days, and more than six times on sunny days, adjusting according to local climate and temperature.
