The system is equipped with enhanced heat exchange devices, overcoming the drawback of insufficient air and waste contact in traditional rotary kilns, which leads to poor heat exchange and combustion effects. Additionally, the system also features slag prevention capabilities; the secondary combustion chamber is equipped with enhanced combustion equipment, ensuring thorough combustion of the ash and slag entering the chamber, improving the system's thermal efficiency. It also serves as a comprehensive unit for cooling, crushing slag material, and automatic slag removal.
