RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer), also known as a regenerative thermal oxidizer or a regenerative incinerator. This technology was introduced from abroad and has been significantly improved upon by our R&D team through multiple iterations, enhancing its perfection. Its fundamental principle involves oxidizing organic waste gases at high temperatures (≥760℃) to produce CO2 and H2O, thereby purifying the exhaust gases while recovering the heat released during decomposition. This achieves the dual objective of environmental protection and energy conservation, making it an energy-efficient and environmentally friendly device for treating medium to high concentrations of volatile organic waste gases.
The RTO main structure consists of a combustion chamber, ceramic filling bed, and switching valve, etc. The heat recovery ceramic filling bed heat exchanger in the unit allows for maximum recovery of thermal energy, with a heat recovery rate exceeding 95%, and requires little to no fuel for treating VOCs. For low-concentration waste gas treatment, an optional concentration unit can be installed to reduce combustion consumption.
