The ultra-fine sifter equipment allows the material to enter from the feed hopper, where it is divided into two sections by the distributor. One section enters the high-speed rotating impeller through the center, where it is rapidly accelerated to hundreds of times the acceleration due to gravity. It is then ejected at a speed of 60-70 meters per second through three evenly distributed channels in the impeller. It first impacts and crushes the other section that has fallen from around the distributor, then together they strike the material-lining in the vortex cavity. The material is反弹 back, sloping upwards to the top of the vortex chamber, where it changes its direction, deviating downwards. The material emitted from the impeller channels forms a continuous curtain of material.
This material is subjected to multiple impacts, abrasion, and grinding within the vortex crushing chamber. The crushed material is discharged through the lower discharge outlet. Throughout the crushing process, the materials self-impact and break down without direct contact with metal parts, instead, they collide and rub against the material lining, reducing angular contamination and extending the mechanical wear time. The clever internal airflow in the vortex chamber recirculates, eliminating dust pollution.
Material falls into the feed hopper and, after entering the high-speed rotating rotor, is fully accelerated and ejected through the nozzle. It first collides with a portion of the material that has been反弹 and falls freely, then together they strike the vortex material lining (or impact block) inside the nearby vortex chamber. The material is first反弹 to the top of the crushing chamber and then deflects downward, forming a continuous curtain of material as it collides with material emitted from the impeller channel. Finally, it is discharged through the lower discharge opening.
