In recent years, with the rapid development of the construction industry, the demand for sand as a concrete aggregate has been increasing daily. Due to the country's control over the exploitation and protection of natural sand, the contradiction between supply and demand for concrete sand is particularly prominent. Artificial (mechanical) sand and gravel have become the leading products in the sand and gravel industry. Currently, many artificial sand production enterprises in our country have a lack of understanding of artificial sand and mostly adopt the water-washing sand-making process. However, due to the simplicity of the equipment, production is not only low in yield and high in energy consumption, but also wastes valuable mineral and water resources, and causes new environmental pollution. To further optimize the production process and enhance product value, we have conducted comprehensive research and analysis on the characteristics of artificial sand and concrete, and have launched the "new dry sand-making technology." This technology has been successfully implemented in dozens of sand factories across the country, and the products meet all national standards. Dry sand-making technology does not require water resources and can separate stone powder from artificial sand, using the stone powder to improve concrete performance or supply it to asphalt companies and other industries. What was once waste is now a high-value processed product, with economic benefits increasing several times. Process Flow Overview:

The dry sand production line consists of the following equipment: hopper, vibrating feeder, belt conveyor, sand making machine, vibrating screen, hoist, sand separator, and material storage bin, etc. Firstly, the crushed tailings are evenly fed into the sand making machine by the feeder for crushing and shaping. The produced products are then conveyed by the belt conveyor to the vibrating separator for grading of finished products and coarse particles. The materials screened out are re-fed into the sand separator by the hoist for gas grading, separating the stone powder from the finished sand and storing them separately. The stone powder is stored in a silo, while the finished sand is placed in a stockpile.
