1. The grading principle is advanced. Utilizing the grading principle of o-sepa (i.e., a vortex grading zone composed of guide vanes and cage rotors) to design the grading area, we have added separate and pre-grading zones to effectively separate the dispersion and selection (separation) areas, significantly enhancing the material's dispersion and reducing the load on the main grading area as well as the interference between materials. The entire flow field has been optimized through the use of aeronautical aerodynamics analysis methods, resulting in a uniform and stable gas flow field on the grading ring surface, with the relative error of air flow at any location being less than 5%. This creates conditions for accurate grading.
2. High performance and efficiency. The three-separation vortex classifier, with its two-stage selection and three-stage dispersion, can divide the material into three categories: coarse powder (d>150μm), medium powder (60μm<d<150μm), and fine powder. The first-stage selection pre-separates the coarse particles from the mixed powder. The second-stage selection is completed within the annular space formed by the guide vanes and the straight cage-type rotor. Due to the pre-separation of coarse particles, interference from coarse particles is eliminated, resulting in exceptionally high grading accuracy and higher separation efficiency.
3. Significant energy savings. The equipment system features streamlined design, significantly reducing system resistance. 4. Fine adjustment is easy. Simply by changing the speed of the rotor, the fineness of the finished product can be controlled within the range of 250~500㎡/kg of BET (Brunauer-Emmett-Teller) specific surface area.
5. High selection capacity. The diameter of the three-separation vortex classifier ranges from φ1.9 to φ4.75m, with corresponding selection capacity of 25 to 300t/h.
6. Versatile. The three-separation vortex classifier features a compact structure and narrow size, coupled with the ability to achieve multi-level separation of materials. As a result, it is highly adaptable and can be used in any grinding system composed of grinding equipment. It is particularly suitable for transforming an open circuit grinding system into a closed circuit grinding system, and is even more ideal for modifying standard classifiers, especially for semi-finished and finished grinding systems equipped with roller presses, ensuring excellent compatibility.
7. Long Service Life: The wear-resistant parts of the classifier, such as the grading撒料盘screw plate, cyclone cone, guide vanes, and classifier rotor blades, are all made of wear-resistant materials or treated with anti-wear processes, resulting in low wear rates. The use of new alloy plates as lining effectively extends its service life.
8. Enhancing Cement Quality: Thanks to the high efficiency and precision of the triple-separation vortex classifier, the phenomenon of over-fining has been reduced. The finished product has a narrow particle size distribution and a rational gradation composition, increasing the content of fine powder in cement to over 65% within the range of 3-30μm, with less than 5% being below 3μm. This has consequently improved the strength of the cement.
