I. Product Application

The wall panel installation machine is suitable for the installation of various upright panels such as cement boards, lightweight composite partition boards, and ceramic grain boards.

II. Product Features

The wallboard installer is equipped with a rotating support bearing and a rotating hydraulic motor. The clamp section rotates 360 degrees like a crane, capable of lifting partition boards from a horizontal to a vertical position. The upright installer can both install boards vertically and move horizontally parallel to the ground, ensuring the partition boards are properly mounted.

Three, the panel installation machine features full electric forward and reverse movement. The front wheels are dual drive wheels, and the rear wheels are dual steering wheels, offering flexible steering and a small turning radius. The wall and panel installation machine is equipped with 4 gears: high speed, medium speed, and low speed for forward movement. Additionally, it has a reverse gear. The speed is adjustable, allowing for随意 fast or slow movement. When aligning, use the low speed, which provides accurate alignment and is convenient for installation.

Four, the upright installation machine features a full-hydraulic clamping mechanism with strong clamping force.
