II. Product Features

The panel installation machine is equipped with a rotating support bearing and a rotary hydraulic motor. The fixture part, resembling a wood grabber, can rotate 360 degrees. It can lift partition panels from a horizontal to a vertical position. The upright installation machine can both vertically install panels and move horizontally to position the partition panels correctly.

Three, the solid board installation machine features fully electric forward and reverse movement. The front wheels are two drive wheels, and the rear wheels are two steering wheels, offering flexible steering and a small turning radius. The wall and solid board installation machine is equipped with four gears: high speed, medium speed, and low speed. Additionally, it has a reverse gear. Speed is adjustable, allowing for quick or slow movement as desired. For alignment, use the low speed, which ensures accurate alignment and facilitates installation.

Four, the upright installation machine features a full-hydraulic operation of the clamping mechanism, offering a strong clamping force. The fixtures are equipped with anti-slip rubber pads to ensure that the heavy loads are securely held in place and will not slip. The lifting mechanism of the installation machine utilizes the forklift principle, providing ample power to lift up to 700 jin of ALC panels. The sliding mechanism allows the partition panels to move left and right, quickly aligning the male and female grooves. Compared to other manufacturers' upright machines, it adds installation functionality, enabling a one-step transition from upright to installed, with full hydraulic automatic operation.
