I. Product Application

The wall panel installation machine is suitable for the installation of various upright panels, such as cement boards, lightweight composite partition boards, and ceramsite boards.

Section II: Product Features

The wallboard installation machine is equipped with a rotating support bearing and a rotary hydraulic motor. The fixture part can rotate 360 degrees, similar to a grabber, allowing it to lift partition boards from a horizontal to a vertical position. The upright installation machine can both vertically install panels and move horizontally parallel, positioning the partition boards correctly.

Three, the slab installation machine features full electric forward and reverse movement. The front wheels are two driven wheels, and the rear wheels are two steering wheels, allowing for flexible steering and a small turning radius. The wall and slab installation machine is equipped with four gears: high speed, medium speed, and low speed. Additionally, it includes a reverse gear. The speed is adjustable, allowing for both fast and slow movements. For alignment, use the low speed, as it ensures accurate alignment and facilitates installation.

Four, the slab installation machine features a full-hydraulic clamping mechanism with strong clamping force. The fixtures are equipped with anti-slip pads to ensure that the heavy loads will not slip. The lifting mechanism of the installation machine utilizes the forklift principle, providing ample power to lift 700 jin of ALC panels. The sliding mechanism allows the partition panels to move in the left and right directions, quickly aligning the male and female grooves. Compared to other manufacturers' slab machines, it adds installation functionality, completing the process from slab to installation in one go with full hydraulic automatic operation.
