The wallboard installation machine is suitable for the installation of various upright panels such as cement boards, lightweight composite partition boards, and ceramsite boards.

II. Product Features

The wall panel installation machine is equipped with a rotating support bearing and a rotating hydraulic motor. The fixture part, similar to a wood grabber, can rotate 360 degrees, allowing it to lift partition panels from a horizontal to a vertical position. The upright panel installation machine can both vertically install panels and move horizontally parallel, positioning the partition panels correctly.

Three: The panel installation machine features full electric forward and reverse movement. The front wheels are dual drive wheels, while the rear wheels are dual steering wheels, offering flexible steering and a small turning radius. The wall panel and stud installation machine is equipped with 4 gears: high speed, medium speed, and low speed. Additionally, it has a reverse gear. Speed is adjustable, allowing for quick or slow movement as desired. For alignment, use the low speed, which ensures accurate alignment and facilitates installation.

The lifting mechanism of the installation machine uses the forklift principle, offering ample power to lift 700 jin of ALC panels. The sliding mechanism allows the partition panels to move horizontally, quickly aligning the male and female grooves. Compared to other manufacturers' panel machines, it adds installation functionality, moving from paneling to installation in one go, with full hydraulic automatic operation.
