The CDS-B/C series lathe is a user-friendly general lathe developed by our company in collaboration with renowned global lathe manufacturing enterprises.The appearance features a popular right-angle flat design with spacious front and rear legs. The bed frame guide rails have undergone surface high-frequency quenching and grinding processing, with quenching hardnessG50. Bedside cabinet gears have been subjected to high-frequency hardening and precision gear grinding, with gear accuracy up to 6~7 grades.This machine tool can process steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and non-metals.The dimensional accuracy of the parts processed on this machine bed can reachIT7 grade, surface roughness up to 1.6.

Section II: Machine Tool Features

1、Big main shaft bore: B type is 82mm, C type is 105mm.

2. High spindle speed: The spindle system has been dynamically balanced, featuring high rotation speeds that accommodate tooling technology.

3. High rigidity: The main part of the machine tool is made entirely of high-phosphorus castings with resin sand. The main body of the machine tool has been optimized for a more rational structure through finite element analysis.

4. The bed has been treated with aging process, and the guideways are made of high-frequency quenching: extending the lifespan of the machine tool.

5. Bed frame guide rails are precision ground: Ensures high precision over the full length of the guide rail.

6. The longitudinal large screw features a metal shield for protection: designed to enhance the personal safety of the operators.

7. The slide features both longitudinal and transverse quick-moving mechanisms: facilitating easier and faster operation for the operator of the machine tool.
