The DGM series gantry machining centers are fixed-gantry gantry machining centers developed and produced by Dalian Machine Tool. 1. Machine Tool Features

(3) High-strength cast iron frame structure (including bed body, worktable, uprights, beams, sliding saddle, and sliding pillow, etc.)

(4) The main shaft features a ZF two-speed transmission plus a direct-drive main shaft structure, capable of meeting various customer demands for high rotation speeds or high torques.

(5) The main shaft and main shaft transmission are cooled by a constant-temperature cooling unit.

(6) Machine tool tool magazine (optional) with 24 disk-type manipulators or 40 chain-type structure magazines

(7) The X and Y motion coordinate axes use linear rolling guideways, offering high response speed; the Z axis employs sliding guideways.The pillow block bearings offer high rigidity.X-2100mm, Y-1620mm (including 220mm tool change travel), Z-800mm.
