This production line series can be customized to meet clients' site requirements, biscuit types, and process specifications. It can produce various types of biscuits by combining different molds and tunnel ovens with various energy types, as well as through different recipe and process methods.

Toughness biscuit equipment:

Resilient biscuits, also known as doughy biscuits, are made from dough that requires fermentation. We recommend using a layering machine and 3-4 sets of roller and cutter to produce them for a crisp texture, smooth surface, and layered cross-section, such as soda biscuits, animal biscuits, crisp biscuits, and finger biscuits, etc.

Equipment Principle: After the dough is made either vertically or horizontally and then fermented, it passes through a layering machine (optional), a three-roll feeding machine, and a three-roll calender, before being cut into shape by mold rollers. Any excess dough is then returned to the first feeding machine via a biscuit skin separator. The shaped biscuit dough is then transferred to the next baking equipment.

 

Crisp Biscuit Machinery

Cracker biscuits are made from a higher fat content, low-gluten flour, and sugar. These biscuits have a crisp texture, with minimal gluten formation during the dough mixing process, offering good plasticity and adhesion. Therefore, we recommend our clients use roller printing machines to enhance the patterns and趣味 of the biscuits, common types include: Peach Crisp, Oreo, Oatmeal biscuits, Caramel Butter biscuits, etc.

Equipment Principle: After the dough is kneaded horizontally, it is directly conveyed to the crisp mold forming machine for roller embossing. The bottom of the conveyor belt features rubber rollers to assist in the grip between the mold roller and the conveyor belt, enhancing the printing and shaping of the biscuits without excess waste. The biscuits can then be sprinkled with salt and sugar and directly transferred to the oven for baking. Typically, the baking time required is slightly shorter than that for flexible biscuits.
