Flexible Biscuit Machinery
Elastic biscuits, also known as "choux biscuits," are made from dough that requires fermentation. We recommend using a layering machine along with 3-4 sets of roller mills and a roller cutter for production. This method results in biscuits with a strong crisp texture, a smooth and even surface, and a layered cross-section, such as soda biscuits, animal biscuits, crisp biscuits, and finger biscuits, etc.
Equipment Principle: After the dough is mixed and fermented, it is fed through a stacker (optional), a three-roll feeder, and then passes through three roller calendering machines before being shaped by mold rollers. Any excess dough is separated by a wafer separator and returned to the first feeding machine. The shaped biscuit dough is then transported to the next baking equipment.
Crisp Biscuit Machinery
Crisp biscuits are made with a higher fat content, low-gluten flour, and sugar. These biscuits have a crunchy texture, forming less gluten during the dough mixing process, which gives them good plasticity and adhesion. Therefore, we recommend using roller printing machines for our clients, which can enhance the patterns and fun aspects of the biscuits. Common types include Peach Crisp, Oreo, Oatmeal biscuits, Caramel Butter biscuits, and more.
Equipment Principle: After the dough is rolled horizontally, it is directly conveyed to the crisp molding machine for roller embossing. The bottom of the conveyor belt features rubber rollers to enhance the grip between the mold roller and the conveyor belt, ensuring better printing and shaping of the biscuits. There is no excess waste. The biscuits can be directly conveyed to the撒布机 (salt sugar撒布机) and then into the oven for baking. Typically, the baking time required is slightly shorter than that for flexible biscuits.
