Resilient biscuits, also known as doughy biscuits, are made from dough that needs to be leavened. We recommend using a layering machine and 3-4 sets of rolling and cutting machines for production. This results in biscuits with a strong crisp texture, a smooth and flat surface, and layered cross-sections, such as soda biscuits, animal biscuits, crisp biscuits, and finger biscuits, etc.
Equipment Principle: After the dough is prepared vertically or horizontally and then leavened, it is passed through a stacker (optional), a three-roll feeder, and a three-roller skin machine. It is then shaped into biscuits by a mold roller. Any excess dough skin is separated and returned to the first feeding machine. The biscuit dough is then transferred to the next baking equipment.
Crisp Biscuit Machinery
Crunchy cookies are made with a higher fat content, all-purpose flour, and sugar. They have a crispy texture due to the minimal gluten formation during dough preparation, offering good plasticity and adhesion. Therefore, we recommend our customers use roller printing machines to enhance the cookies' patterns and趣味. Common types include peach cookies, Oreo, oat cookies, caramel butter cookies, and more.
Equipment Principle: After the dough is mixed horizontally, it is directly conveyed to the crisp molding machine for roller embossing. The bottom of the conveyor belt features rubber rollers to assist in the grip between the mold roller and the conveyor belt, ensuring better printing and shaping of the biscuits with minimal waste. The biscuits can then be sprinkled with salt and sugar and directly transferred to the oven for baking. The baking time required is usually shorter than that for flexible biscuits.

Working Principle

Baking: After shaping, the dough slices enter a tunnel oven for baking, with precise temperature control ensuring even heating.
Cooling: Baked biscuits are cooled on a conveyor belt to stabilize their texture.
Spraying and Coating: Optional spraying machines add flavor and luster to biscuits.
Packaging: Afterward, the packaging machine automatically completes the packaging process.
