Production Line Composition
- Cooking System: Responsible for the preliminary processing and purification of liquid raw materials such as fruit juices, ensuring product quality. Efficiently supplies the raw materials for subsequent processes.
- Molding System: The core equipment for manufacturing juice popping beads, where juice or other liquids are encapsulated into small ball shapes using technical means within the outer film. Features include high level of automation, precise control, and strong stability, with the ability to adjust size and shape as needed.
Filtering System: Filters the molded beads after shaping, removing impurities to ensure product purity.
-Washing and Curing System: Cleans and cures the filtered beads to ensure a smooth surface and resistance to cracking.
- Filling and Sealing System: Fills and seals the cleaned and solidified pop rocks for the next stage of packaging.
Sanitization System: Performs sterilization on the sealed and filled products to ensure their hygiene and safety.
PLC Control System: Monitors and adjusts the operation status of the entire production line, ensuring coordination between components. Features an intelligent operation interface, enabling remote monitoring and fault diagnosis, thereby enhancing production efficiency and stability.
Operating Principle
- **Mixing Phase**: Mix water, white sugar, compounded gum (such as guar gum, xanthan gum, sodium alginate, etc.), food additives (such as citric acid, lactic acid, calcium chloride, food flavoring, food coloring) in a certain proportion to form the liquid filling for the popping candy.
- **Molding Stage**: The initial shape of Pop Pop Balls is formed by dropping the filling liquid into the adhesive solution through the QHbake molding machine. This step is crucial, requiring precise control of the liquid drop rate and the concentration of the adhesive solution to ensure consistent shape and size of the Pop Pop Balls.
- **Filtering and Cleaning in the Curing Stage**: The formed Pop Rocks are filtered to remove impurities, followed by cleaning and curing processes to ensure a smooth surface and resistance to cracking.
- **Filling, Sealing, and Sterilization Stage**: The cleaned and solidified pop rocks are filled and sealed, followed by sterilization to ensure product hygiene and safety.
