Hot Air Circulation Ovens, Vacuum Dryers, Blenders

The V-type mixer series is a high-efficiency asymmetric V-type mixer, featuring an electric motor and reducer at one end. The motor power is transmitted to the reducer via a belt, which then passes it to the V-shaped drum through a coupler. This drives the drum to rotate continuously, causing the material inside to mix vertically and horizontally. The V-type mixer is suitable for mixing powdery or granular materials in industries such as chemicals, food, feed, ceramics, and metallurgy. The machine has a reasonable structure, is sealed, easy to operate, and facilitates in and out material handling, (manual or vacuum feeding) drum body
Manufactured with stainless steel for easy cleaning, the V-type blender is a fundamental piece of equipment in the industry. To use it, first open the feeding port of the blender while in material feed mode and ensure the discharge port is closed. Then, according to the process control requirements, add the specified amount of material into the V-shaped hopper. Once feeding is complete, close and lock the feeding port to prevent material from spilling during mixing. The machine then operates: press the power button, turn the stop button to the left to activate the reverse button of the blender, and adjust the motor speed to the process-specified range for mixing. After reaching the process-specified mixing time, stop the machine by adjusting the motor speed button, ensuring the discharge port faces the ground. Rotate the stop button to the right and cut off the power. Finally, for discharging: open the feeding port of the V-type blender, use the designated container to load material at the discharge port until the hopper is empty.
V-Type Blender Normal Operation and Troubleshooting Issues
The normal operation process for the V-type mixer is:
1. Open the mixer's feeding port and reconfirm that the discharge port is closed. Then, according to the process control requirements, add the specified amount of material to the V-shaped hopper.
2. Once the feeding is complete, close and securely lock the feeding port to prevent material from spilling during mixing.
3. Activate the V-type mixer's start button, adjust the motor speed, and run it at a slow rotation.
The V-type mixer should operate at a uniform speed during operation without any abnormal noise.
5. After the blending time as per the process specifications, shut down the machine by adjusting the motor speed button. Ensure the discharge opening of the blender faces the ground during shutdown, and set the motor speed adjustment button to 0. Rotate the stop button of the V-blender to the right to disconnect the power supply.
The issue with the V-type blender is:
The V-type mixer's main unit experiences vibration and abnormal noise, due to improper installation and a faulty variable speed drive.
2. The V-type mixer suddenly stops working and the discharge mechanism fails to operate normally during use.
3. The V-type mixer is failing to start, primarily due to an unconnected power source and missing phase. Check the wiring.
4、Insufficient motor power, improper sizing of belt pulleys, belt slippage, severely worn hammer blades, uneven feeding, or excessive moisture content in raw materials are the main causes of low production efficiency. The reasons are multifaceted.
5. Bearing Overheating: Overheating occurs in bearings when there is insufficient lubrication, damage, or when the main shaft is bent, the rotor is severely unbalanced, or the belt is too tight. This can be rectified by adding or replacing lubricating oil, replacing the bearings and main shaft, balancing the rotor, and adjusting the tension of the belt to restore the bearing to normal operating conditions.
