How to troubleshoot a thermal air recirculation oven malfunction?

There are mainly the following methods:

Fault One: The hot air circulation oven does not heat up sufficiently

Reason 1: Low steam pressure; Method: Increase steam pressure as required.

Reason 2: Trap failure; Method: The trap is blocked by debris.

Reason 3: Insufficient electrical heating voltage; Solution: Increase the network voltage to meet the required power supply.

Reason 4: Dehumidifier valve in a constant open position; Method: Close the dehumidifier valve.

Reason 5: Fan direction incorrect; Solution: Swap any two phases of the power cable.

Reason 6: Incorrect display gauge; Method: Check if the thermistor is securely fastened and the wiring is correct. Use a standard resistor box to calibrate the thermometer if necessary. Reason 7: Insulation measures not taken; Method: Add insulation to the external piping of the CT series ovens.

Fault Two: Inconsistent temperature in the hot air circulation oven
