Essential Guidelines for the Operation of Hot Air Circulation Ovens

The hot air circulation oven is electrically or steam-heated, powered by a circulating fan motor that drives the fan wheel through the heater. The hot air is then directed through the air ducts into the working chamber of the oven, where it contacts the material and transfers heat. Afterward, the used air is drawn back into the air intake through the ducts, becoming the air source for another cycle of heating. To ensure uniform temperature within the working chamber, adjustable air distribution panels are typically installed on both sides of the hot air circulation oven. These panels control the uniformity of the temperature by adjusting the internal air volume from top to bottom. Currently, electric heating is a key energy-saving and environmentally friendly heating method being actively promoted.

The basic structure of a hot air circulation oven typically consists of the oven body, heating system, air circulation system, moisture removal system, and electrical control system. For safety, the following precautions and safety regulations should be observed when in use:

1. The hot air circulation oven should be placed on a flat surface, free of any irregularities or vibrations.

2. Ovens are strictly prohibited from baking flammable and explosive items, and flammable and explosive materials must not be placed nearby.

3. Pay attention to electrical safety when using the oven. The power switch should be selected according to the oven's power consumption.

4. Choose the appropriate high-temperature-resistant power cable specifications and properly connect the ground wire as required.

5. Inspect the condition of all sealing components in the hot air circulation oven before use, with particular attention to whether the oven door seals are damaged.

6. Inspect for any damage to the heating element and ensure the oven's insulation is normal (it should be >2MQ).

7. Products can only be placed in the oven after the current preparatory work is completed, then press the power button to turn on the indicator light.

8. Ensure the centrifugal fan is rotating in the correct direction; if it's rotating in reverse, the wiring must be reconnected.

Set the drying and baking time and temperature required for the material on the control panel; simultaneously set the dehumidification fan's time and intervals.

10. After powering off and back on, the system has reset the current settings. Turn on the circulation fan and the heating button, the indicator light will illuminate.

When the temperature inside the box has reached the required set temperature, the heating system automatically shuts off, maintaining a constant temperature within the oven.

To prevent issues with the temperature control sensing elements in a hot air recirculation oven from causing material damage, manual inspection is required if the instrument temperature displays an abnormal reading.

Do not set the temperature higher than the maximum operating temperature of the hot air circulation oven when in use.

14. When placing products, be mindful not to overcrowd to prevent obstructing the flow of hot air, which may affect work efficiency.

15. To observe the drying and baking condition of materials inside the oven, to avoid disrupting the constant temperature, minimize the frequency of opening the door. If there is a glass door, you can observe through it.

16. Upon reaching the set time, the system will automatically shut down. Please wait for the internal temperature of the hot air circulation oven to decrease before removing materials to prevent burns.

17. After completing daily work, the hot air circulation oven should be cleaned both inside and out. Before leaving, the power must be turned off to prevent potential safety hazards.
