I. Product Overview
The three-dimensional mixer, also known as the "Multi-directional Motion Mixer," is widely used in industries such as chemicals, food, and light industry, as well as in scientific research units. It is capable of uniformly mixing materials in a flowable powder or granular form.
The mixed cylinder performs multi-directional motion without centrifugal force affecting the material, eliminating the phenomena of specific gravity segregation, stratification, or accumulation. Different components can have vastly different weight ratios, making it one of the better products among various mixers available.
II. Working Principle
The cylinder for filling materials is driven by the active shaft, performing continuous translational rotations and rolling movements. This promotes the three-dimensional composite movement of materials along the cylinder in circumferential, radial, and axial directions, thereby achieving interflow, diffusion, accumulation, and contamination of various materials, ultimately reaching the goal of uniform mixing.
The machine, during operation, due to the multi-directional rotation of the mixing drum, accelerates the flow and diffusion of various materials during the mixing process. Simultaneously, it avoids the segregation and accumulation of materials caused by centrifugal force in general mixers, thus achieving a better mixing effect.
