When installing the cover on the PTFE-lined reactor, ensure proper sealing between the entire cover sections and avoid any collision between the covers. Gently place the cover in the fixed position on the surface of the PTFE-lined reactor, tighten the main nut, and do so in a diagonal or other systematic way, gradually applying even pressure. Do not tilt the covers entirely to achieve a good seal.
At the points where nuts are interconnected, the relevant nuts must be aligned. The sealing surfaces between the two arcs must not rotate against each other. All nuts must be installed with different accessories during assembly and lubricated with oil.
During the installation of the entire PTFE-lined reaction kettle, it is essential to ensure that all needle valves are systematically sealed. They must be gently turned to tightly compress the entire needle valve.
