Ultrasonic impact stress relief technology is an effective method for eliminating welding stresses, with a stress relief rate exceeding heat treatment and vibration aging treatment, reaching up to 100%. By applying ultrasonic impact treatment to welding seams, not only can residual internal stresses be eliminated, but also the fatigue life and strength of the welded area can be extended, reducing the likelihood of stress corrosion cracking, enhancing resistance to brittle fracture, and strengthening the material.
