    The pipe reactor is a core equipment in the chemical reaction process, which can be roughly categorized into segmented, kettle, tower, and fixed bed types based on its structure. It is widely applicable to gas, liquid, and solid-phase chemical mixing reactions. Our company's developed JHF series enhanced heat transfer reactors have an internal structure similar to that of a static mixer, allowing different liquids entering the enhanced heat transfer mixing reactor to mix well with each other.


    The working principle of the pipeline reactor is that it appears as a combination of long pipes, with a structure that includes a gas collection chamber and anti-coking plate, stripping section, shell, cyclone separator for internal equipment, feed bend and distribution plate, and other components.


    ① The gas collection chamber of the pipe reactor and the anti-coking plate gas collection chamber are designed to concentrate and exhaust the gas from the cyclone separator (second stage) of the equipment on the shell into the gas collection chamber. Located at the top of the reactor, the anti-coking plate is used to prevent coking at the reactor top and is composed of many sector plates, either bolted together or welded into a single flat circular plate.


    The stripping section of the pipeline reactor is equipped with 15 to 20 rows of steel plates welded into V-shaped baffles, which are attached to the reactor's shell and situated at the bottom of the reactor.


    The reactor shell is divided into three sections: dense phase, dilute phase, and stripping sections. The shell is a cylindrical container made by bending and welding steel plates, providing space for the reaction and separation of oil, gas, and catalysts.


    ④ The feeding elbow for the distribution plate is lined with a 20mm thick stainless steel turtle shell mesh abrasion-resistant material to prevent material wear on the tube wall. Its effect is to allow regenerative catalysts and materials to enter the reactor.


    ⑤ The disperser plate is generally made of carbon steel plate for boiler use, with a shape consisting of two concave spherical panels. The central inner disperser plate is convex in the center of the outer disperser plate. The diameter of the tubular reactor is about half that of the outer disperser plate, and the convex height is approximately half of the arch height of the outer disperser plate. It primarily serves to achieve a uniform dispersion effect before the catalyst gas enters the reactor.


    Each structure of the pipeline reactor has its unique characteristics, individually contributing to its own effects. With a wide range of applications adjacent to the industrial sector, the importance of accessories determines the lifespan and production efficiency of the equipment. Therefore, regular maintenance is indispensable.


    The pipeline reactor features a distinctive internal unit that differs from conventional static mixers, as its components are made from finer tubes rather than plates. The interior of these tubes can either conduct heating medium or cooling fluid.


    The medium ensures that the internal units not only achieve thorough mixing but also provide a significantly large heat transfer surface area.
