Project Overview

The digital sandbox was showcased in the demonstration hall of the production command and dispatch center. The digital sandbox is achieved through the integration of sound, light, electricity, images, 3D animation, and computer programming technology, utilizing digital projection. It vividly embodies the characteristics of the location, creating a dynamic visual effect that is lifelike and varied. For visitors, it offers a brand-new experience, generating a strong resonance, and is more intuitive than traditional sand table models.

Utilizing technologies such as multi-channel projection image stitching, 3D spatial audio effects, and intelligent media device control, we enhance traditional physical sand tables with multimedia display and interactive features, fully showcasing location characteristics, supporting facilities, and project specifics.

2. Implementation Plan

The ground model utilizes sound, light, and electrical sand table models to proportionally simulate the overall layout of the *********** project.

The "********* Project" system is showcased through a projected three-part screen, utilizing 3D modeling to create a 3D animation. The constructed 3D model is controlled and displayed using a tablet.

The sand table and three-panel screen can be linked with sound and light. The film on the three-panel screen on the wall can light up relevant areas according to the specific sections and content of the introduction.

Using 3D panoramic and virtual walk-through creation tools, a group or multiple groups of photos captured in a 360-degree circular camera shot are stitched together to form a holographic image. By controlling the sandbox area panels with a tablet, a comprehensive interactive experience is achieved in the projector in front of the sandbox, allowing viewers to witness corresponding real-life scenes.

3. Advantages and Disadvantages of the Plan

The Solution's Advantages: The holographic projection sand table combines holographic films with ground models, overlaying specially crafted 3D images onto the physical models to create a naked-eye 3D visual presentation, enriching the spatial display of the sand table models. The holographic sand table also facilitates content updates in the future, allowing for different future planning blueprints to be displayed without the need to replace the models.
