    The model is composed of ten parts: the framework main body, the ground industrial plaza and its main building layout system, the underground tunnel layout system, the production system (coal transportation system, auxiliary transportation system, ventilation system, drainage system, power supply system), the solid backfill material conveying system, the slurry backfill system, the comprehensive mining face mining and its equipment layout system, the demonstration system of overlying strata collapse and subsidence process on the solid backfill belt after the goaf, the electrical control system, and the video display system. The solid backfill system includes control plans, equipment matching plans, mixing plans, and weighing plans. It achieves control over the main body of the model framework.

    Ground Industrial Plaza Requirements:

    The Ground Industrial Plaza consists of three main sections: the production area, residential area, and office area.

    2. Requirements for underground tunnel layout system:

    The exploration method of the solid backfilling model adopts a vertical shaft single horizontal partitioning type, utilizing an inclined longwall solid backfill coal mining method. The underground layout includes double main galleries, with four working faces on both sides (including two filling faces), and one ventilation shaft (central ventilation shaft). The underground tunnel system consists of the main shaft, auxiliary shaft, ventilation shaft, bottom level, transportation main gallery (main transportation gallery, auxiliary transportation gallery), segmented intake (transportation) incline tunnels, segmented exhaust incline tunnels, mining working faces, total exhaust gallery, filling well, and filling material mixing warehouse.

    3. Production System Requirements: Coal transportation system; auxiliary transportation system, ventilation system, drainage system, power supply system;

    4. Requirements for solid filling material conveying system and comprehensive mining face layout system:

    The solid filling material conveying system is located on the left wing of the mine; the fully-mechanized coal mining face equipment layout system includes: 14 filling hydraulic supports, one仿MG400 electric traction double drum coal mining machine, one仿double chain scraper conveying machine, a rear bottom discharge filling gangue conveying machine, one仿double chain scraper转载 machine, one仿extensible belt conveyor, one仿channel belt conveyor, one set of仿mobile power supply equipment, one set of仿advanced support equipment, and one set of仿fluid supply equipment.

    5. Technical Requirements for Electrical Control System Technology

    The control system integrates advanced programming control technology combining computers and PLCs to achieve automatic control. The system consists of a PLC host (CPU), power supply, communication module, vertical 21-inch all-in-one touch screen (including a computer), centralized control interface operating system, and display screen. It features both automatic and manual control capabilities.

    6. requirements for paste filling system and overall mining face equipment layout:

    The system is installed at the left wing of the fully mechanized coal mining face. Paste Filling System: The system consists of six parts: gangue crushing system, batching and mixing system, paste pumping and pipeline transportation system, water and air cleaning system, process control plan for paste filling system, and filling technology for the working face.

    7. Demonstration System Requirements for the Coal Mining Method of Body Filling Control and Roof Collapse, and the Subsidence Process of Overlying Strata

    The system is a composite structure, consisting of multiple overlying strata (direct roof, old roof), strata subsidence and reset mechanisms, driving motors, functional controllers, paste filling body lift and reset mechanisms, and the mobile execution structure for the filling hydraulic supports. It can achieve the subsidence and deformation process of the overlying strata as the mining face advances and the hydraulic supports are moved forward. To fulfill its functions, the control section employs a combination of computer and PLC-based automatic control technology.

    8. Demonstration system requirements for the collapse mining method, including the collapse and subsidence process of overlying strata behind the void area:

    The system consists of multi-layer overlying strata (direct roof, old roof), strata caving and resetting mechanism, driving motor, functional controller, and the mobile execution structure of the matching hydraulic supports, which can simulate the process of overlying strata caving and deformation as the mining face advances and the hydraulic supports are moved forward. To achieve its functions, the control part adopts an automatic control technology combining computers with PLC. The two coal mining methods are arranged in one working face for separate demonstrations.

    9. Undermine Coal Gangue Separation System Requirements:

    Raw coal is fed into the feed conveyor belt after passing through a grading screen. The oversize material enters the feed conveyor belt, while the undersize material falls into the tail coal conveyor belt (coal storage). Coal or gangue blocks entering the feed conveyor belt are separated by the mechanical shaker-jigging machine, with gangue being transferred to the gangue storage and then conveyed to the filling workface for gangue filling. The large coal blocks are conveyed to the tail coal conveyor belt via the blending conveyor belt. The slurry from the mechanical shaker-jigging machine is pumped to a high-frequency screen by a slurry pump for dewatering, with the oversize material returned to the tail coal conveyor belt. The remaining water is pumped to a sedimentation pond and then to a press filter. The dewatered coal cake is conveyed to the tail coal conveyor belt, and the filtered water is returned to the clean water pond for recycling. Key equipment includes feed conveyor belts, mechanical shaker-jigging machines, slurry pumps, press filters, clean water ponds, sedimentation ponds, and high-frequency screens. Due to limited underground space, the coal washing process flow equipment model is created using an external simulation with moving lights for demonstration.
