The Aikshen AKY series large integrated water purifier, through coagulation, sedimentation, filtration, and disinfection processes, can treat surface water to meet the requirements of the "Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water" (GB5749-2022) for total coliforms not exceeding 2000 CFU/100ml, turbidity not exceeding 20 NTU, and oxygen demand not exceeding 6mg/L, with all other indicators except sensory properties in compliance with the standard. The product meets the requirements of the "Sanitary and Functional Evaluation Specification for Drinking Water Quality Treatment Equipment - General Water Quality Treatment Equipment."
Application Range
The Aiksan AKY series large integrated water purifier is suitable for treating surface water from rivers, lakes, reservoirs, etc., where the total coliform count does not exceed 2000 CFU/100ml, turbidity is not greater than 20 NTU, and oxygen demand does not exceed 6mg/L. The other indicators, excluding sensory quality, meet the requirements of the "Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water" (GB5749-2022). The treated water quality meets the standards set by the "Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water" (GB5749-2022).
Product Process Description
After adding flocculants to the water source, they are rapidly mixed through a pipeline mixer and then enter the flocculation reaction zone of the sedimentation reactor for a quick flocculation reaction, forming floc. The total reaction time is 10-12 minutes. The water flow continues to rise into the inclined tube sedimentation zone, where smaller floc particles remain on the surface of the honeycomb inclined tubes, collide, and quickly form larger floc particles, which then settle out by gravity. The clear liquid from the reaction sedimentation tank is fed through an overflow pipe into a filter for gravity filtration. The Blue Spring brand quartz sand and activated carbon filter media retain the remaining suspended solids from the settled water, ensuring the turbidity and color of the effluent meet the requirements of the "Sanitary Standards for Drinking Water" (GB5749-2022). Disinfectant is added to the outlet pipe of the integrated water purifier to disinfect the water in the clear water tank, achieving microbial quality standards as per the "Sanitary Safety and Functional Evaluation Criteria for Drinking Water Quality Treatment Equipment - General Water Quality Treatment Equipment" (GB/T 17220-1998).
