The Aiksan Pressure Integrated Water Purification Equipment boasts broader water treatment capacity and applicability. 【Principle】
Water from the domestic supply is fed into the integrated water purification system via a distribution tank, where it is filtered from top to bottom. As the filter layers continuously retain suspended particles from the incoming water, the head loss in the filter layers gradually increases, causing the siphon to rise and the water level in the pipe to ascend. When the water level rises into the water jet of the auxiliary siphon pipe, the air within the siphon pipe is carried away due to hydraulic action, creating a vacuum. Once the vacuum reaches the designed level, siphon action occurs, allowing the water in the tank to be backwashed from the bottom up for "regeneration." As the filter layers are continuously backwashed, the water level in the tank drops to the specified level, disrupting the siphon action, ending the backwashing, and the filtration system restarts.
Features
1. The fully automatic integrated water purification equipment is one of the earliest in China to do away with valves and control instruments. It ingeniously utilizes the siphon principle to achieve automatic operation without a valve filter. Compared to other filtering equipment, it boasts advantages such as no need for manual operation, low energy consumption, low running costs, safety and reliability, and easy management.
2. The equipment is assembled into an integrated unit with a water tank, filter, U-shaped water intake pipe, drainage tank, etc., featuring a compact structure. Once the equipment foundation is prepared according to specifications and the in and out water pipes are connected, the equipment can be put into operation.
3. Equipment is made of carbon steel (or as per customer's request), with strict anti-corrosion measures, high processing accuracy, and easy installation.

1. Side-stream filtration for industrial recirculating cooling water in oil, chemical, metallurgy, power, refining, light industry, and textile industries.
2. Surface water purification, iron and manganese removal from groundwater
3. Filtration treatment for urban and rural waterworks.
4. Pretreatment for softening and desalination.
5. Purification treatment for swimming pools and water features with fountains.
6. Used for the removal of suspended solids from waste water, subsequent filtration after biochemical treatment of organic wastewater, and secondary sedimentation pond treatment, etc.
Application Scope
1. Fully automatic integrated water purification equipment is suitable for filtration treatment in waterworks. The incoming water suspended solids should be less than 15 mg/l, and the outgoing water suspended solids should be less than 3 mg/l.
2. During the side filter treatment for recirculating cooling water, the incoming suspended solids are generally between 15 to 30 mg/l, while the outgoing suspended solids are typically less than 5 mg/l.
3. For "addition of coagulant" treatment, the incoming water suspended solids are 50-100 mg/l, and the outgoing water suspended solids are generally less than 5 mg/l.
