II. Product Features

1Buried below ground level, the surface above the equipment can be used for landscaping or other purposes, without the need for construction or heating/insulation.

2The two-stage biological contact oxidation process employs plug flow biological contact oxidation, which offers superior treatment effects compared to complete mixing or two-stage series complete mixing biological contact oxidation ponds. It also requires less volume than an activated sludge pond, exhibits strong adaptability to water quality, excellent resistance to shock loads, and stable effluent water quality without sludge bulking. The pond utilizes new elastic three-dimensional packing material, featuring a large specific surface area, easy biofilm formation and removal. Under the same organic load conditions, it achieves high organic matter removal rates and enhances the solubility of oxygen in water.

3The biochemical pool employs the biological contact oxidation method, featuring a low volume load of filling material. Microorganisms are in their self-oxidation stage, resulting in minimal sludge production, requiring only three months (90(Days) for a single mud removal (by pumping or dehydration into mud cakes for transportation).

4The odor control method for this underground sewage treatment equipment includes both conventional high-altitude exhaust and additional soil deodorization measures.

IV. Foundation Installation, Operation, and Maintenance of Subsurface Sewage Treatment Facilities

1Basic:WSZSeries equipment, if placed above the ground level, only requires a concrete ground slab of the same shape as the equipment to serve as the foundation. The foundation must be able to bear a pressure greater than4T/m2Also, the surface must be level and smooth. If the equipment is buried below the ground level, the foundation elevation must be less than or equal to the equipment elevation, and ensure no water accumulation during rain. The foundation is usually plain concrete (whether reinforced depends on the local geological conditions).

2Installation: Position the cabinets according to the installation diagram, ensuring each is placed sequentially without error in position or direction. The spacing between them must be precise, and all pipes should be properly connected. Fill the equipment with clean water, check for any leaks in the pipes, and if none are found, cover the surrounding area of the cabinets with soil up to the equipment inspection hole, and then level the ground. Connect the control wires of the electrical control box to the pump, and connect the electrical control box to the power source. When wiring, pay attention to the direction of the fan and motor, which must be the same as the direction indicated by the fan.
