The Aiksen Automatic Integrated Dosage Device employs a mechatronic integrated structure, which can be categorized into fixed and mobile (trolley) types for installation. Each type of dosage device is equipped with a mixing system, dosing system, and automatic control system. Several fixed skids can be combined into an integrated unit, along with a variable frequency control system, enabling on-site control, remote automatic control, and manual-to-automatic switching of dosing. High filtration efficiency: Suitable for liquid-solid filtration, capable of filtering particles around 0.45 micrometers, and for gas-solid filtration, capable of filtering particles around 0.3 micrometers. High filtration rate, low pressure difference.
2. High dewatering cake efficiency: The use of compressed air rapid backflushing method allows for easily, quickly, effectively, and safely removing the cake adhered to the outer surface of the microporous tubes.
3. High Regeneration Efficiency: The simple gas-liquid rapid backflushing method can efficiently and quickly regenerate clogged microporous tubes. After the filter tubes have been used for a period, chemical regeneration can be employed to extend their service life.
4. Superior Chemical Resistance: The microporous tubes are resistant to various acids, alkalis, salts, and the vast majority of organic solvents. They are non-toxic, odorless, and do not release any foreign matter, making them highly suitable for applications in the food, chemical, and environmental protection industries.
Application Scope:
