Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), as a classic thermal analysis method for studying heat effects at controlled temperatures, has been widely applied in various fields such as research and development, process optimization, quality inspection and control, and failure analysis in the fields of materials and chemistry today. Using the DSC method, we can investigate phase transitions in inorganic materials, melting and crystallization processes in polymer materials, polymorphism in pharmaceuticals, solid/liquid phase ratios in fats and oils, and more.

4. Enhanced two-way atmosphere control system with a mass flow controller; during the measurement process, both intake methods can be selected, and the software is set to automatically switch.
5. The instrument is equipped with standard substances, allowing users to self-correct across various temperature ranges, thereby minimizing the instrument's errors.
6. Intelligent software design, full automatic drawing of instruments, software capable of handling various data processing, such as calculation of enthalpy, glass transition temperature, oxidation induction time, melting points, crystallization, and more.
7. The instrument can automatically generate DSC and oxidation induction time experimental reports.

Large-screen LCD display, real-time showing the instrument's status and data, two sets of thermocouples: one set displays the sample temperature during the thermocouple's operation, and the other set shows the furnace temperature in real-time, regardless of whether the heating furnace is in operation.
9. Equipped with RS232 and USB interface converters, and intelligent software, the machine enables automatic program control and settings.
10. The instrument features remote operation and maintenance capabilities (the instrument can be remotely operated via the internet).
