Instrument Features

1. Featuring a brand-new double-helix graphite heating furnace design, achieving a heating temperature of ≥1700°C. It boasts features such as a large uniform temperature zone, long service life, and ease of maintenance.

2. Vacuum or inert gas evacuation inside the furnace is fully automated with a one-touch operation.

3. Test Atmospheres: Oxidation, Reduction, Inert, Steam.

4. Emission Gas Analysis: Dedicated Mass Spectrometer, Infrared Temperature-Controlled Connectors, Coupling Strips, and Temperature Controller.

5. Data Collection & Analysis Software: Features comprehensive data collection and analysis capabilities, text program editing, power failure data save function, 64-stage temperature control program, up to 99 experimental cycle times, real-time data analysis, multi-curve comparison, data evaluation save and export, ASCII data input and output, and data export to MS Excel functions.

6. During the system data collection process, screenshots can be taken at any time, and the range will automatically adjust based on the output signal size.

7. Users can utilize standard specimens for temperature and thermogravimetric calibration.

8. Large-screen LCD display, real-time showing the instrument's status and data, two sets of thermocouples, one set displaying the furnace temperature in real-time (regardless of whether the heating furnace is in operation) and the other set showing the sample temperature during operation.

9. Should the user provide a formula or calculation method, our factory can promptly offer the corresponding software development product.

10. Self-developed constant-temperature controller; constant-temperature gas chromatography/mass spectrometry interface; constant-temperature belt; fully ensures secondary detection of tar and various reaction gases.
