Instrument Application

Rapidly measure physical and chemical changes related to heat, such as melting points, enthalpy of fusion, crystallization and crystallization enthalpy, heat of phase transition reactions, thermal stability, glass transition temperature, adsorption and desorption, content analysis of components, decomposition, combination, dehydration, additives, and other changes.

Instrument Features

Hot flow DSC data collection method, plotting the curve of energy and temperature. The maximum heating rate can be set to 300℃/min.

Users can self-correct temperature, energy, and thermogravimetric accuracy using standard samples.

The atmosphere control system employs a mass flow controller, featuring two independent pressure and flow control gas lines that can automatically switch during experiments. It boasts high precision, excellent repeatability, and rapid response time (customizable atmosphere control systems resistant to various corrosive gases available).

Meets testing requirements for various samples.

The entire measurement process is fully automated, with automatic plotting. The rich software features enable routine data processing such as DTA, TG, DTG, etc.; special data processing includes DTA peak area, enthalpy calculation, kinetic parameter calculation, data comparison, various algorithm-based activation energy calculations, glass transition temperature, and comparative measurement of specific heat.

During the system's sampling process, screenshots can be taken at any time, and the range will automatically adjust based on the output signal size.

Large-screen LCD display, real-time display of instrument status and data, two sets of thermocouples, one set for real-time display of furnace temperature (regardless of whether the heating furnace is operating), the other set for the sample temperature during operation.

Special Accessories (Optional): FTIR/MS/GCMS online coupling system, reaction process visual monitoring system, multi-gas mixing system, steam generator control system.
