Instrument Introduction
Comprehensive thermal analysis integrates thermogravimetric analysis (TG) with differential thermal analysis (DTA) or differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), allowing for simultaneous acquisition of thermogravimetric and differential thermal data from the same sample during a single measurement.
Instrument Application
Primarily measure physical and chemical changes related to heat, such as melting points, enthalpy of fusion, crystallization and crystallization heat, phase transition reaction heat, thermal stability (oxidation induction period), glass transition temperature, adsorption and desorption, component content analysis, decomposition, combination, dehydration, additives, and other changes.
Instrument Features
Hot flow DSC data collection method, plotting the curve of energy versus temperature.
Users can self-correct the temperature, energy, and thermal gravimetric accuracy using standard samples.
The atmosphere control system utilizes a mass flow controller, featuring two stable pressure and flow gas lines that can automatically switch during the experiment. It boasts high precision, excellent repeatability, and rapid response (customizable atmosphere control systems resistant to various corrosive gases available).
We can accommodate微量to大剂量 samples (adjustable from 0 to 5g by changing the support rod). We meet testing requirements for various samples under different conditions.
The entire measurement process is automatically completed, with automatic plotting. The comprehensive software features enable the completion of DTA, TG, DTG, and conventional data processing; special data processing includes DTA peak area calculation, enthalpy calculation, kinetic parameter calculation, data comparison, various algorithm-based activation energy calculation, glass transition temperature measurement, and comparative method measurement of specific heat, etc.
During the system sampling process, screenshots can be taken at any time, and the range will automatically change based on the output signal size.
Large LCD screen display, real-time showing instrument status and data, two sets of thermocouples, one set displaying the furnace temperature in real-time (regardless of whether the heating furnace is in operation) and the other set displaying the sample temperature when in operation.
