Instrument Features
The thermocouple array is arranged in a three-dimensional configuration, with the three-dimensional thermocouples completely surrounding the sample space, providing comprehensive detection of heat exchange between the sample and the environment.
2. The reactor is dynamically rotatable, supporting ±180° rotation and various sample mixing modes.
3. High sensitivity, one to two orders of magnitude higher than DSC.
4. High-pressure mode supports precise adjustment up to 350bar and real-time in-situ monitoring of the dynamic pressure changes during decomposition, adsorption-desorption, and other processes.
5. Sample adaptability, suitable for testing samples in various forms such as solids, powders, liquids, and multiphase mixtures; the accuracy of specific heat capacity testing for different samples exceeds 98%.
6. Wide Temperature Range: The microcalorimeter can perform tests over a broad temperature spectrum, typically from -20°C to 300°C, suitable for the study of various samples.
7. Multiple Test Modes: The micro-heat flux meter supports various test modes such as isothermal and dynamic, catering to different experimental requirements.
8. Samples pools and other accessories can be customized according to actual requirements.
Instrument Application
A microcalorimeter is an instrument used to measure the heat changes in trace samples, developed based on the Calvet three-dimensional thermoelectric stack technology. It is mainly used for research in chemical reactions, biological reactions, material properties, and more. It features high sensitivity, low sample volume, rapid response, wide temperature range, and automated control, enabling real-time monitoring of the heat released or absorbed by the sample during temperature changes, thereby obtaining the thermodynamic properties and thermokinetic parameters of the sample.
