When using the equipment, please note the following precautions:
Inspect the mating degree and rigidity of the upper and lower molds, and verify that all devices meet the requirements for the processing.

2. Run the home position program when the slider and all axes are not at the original point.

Adhere strictly to the safety operation procedures for the French molding machine and wear protective equipment as required.

Before starting, ensure that the motor, switches, wiring, and grounding are in good and secure condition. Check all control parts of the equipment. Are the buttons in the correct position?

After equipment startup, allow for 1-2 minutes of no-load operation. Then, slide the upper plate through its full range of motion 2-3 times. If any abnormal sounds or malfunctions are detected, stop immediately, rectify the issue, and only proceed with operation once everything is normal.

6. One person should be in charge during operations, ensuring close coordination between operators and material feeding personnel. Cold bending signals are only to be given when all personnel involved are in safe positions.
