The equipment features a pre-bending function for sheet ends, allowing for one-time loading of metal sheets. It can complete the pre-bending of sheet ends and the rolling forming of workpieces without the need to turn around.
The machine's main driving roller is the working roller. The lower roller and side rollers are hydraulically driven for lifting and lowering, with the displacement controlled by a computer for automatic leveling and displayed on the screen. The synchronization accuracy is ±0.2mm. The tilting and resetting of the flip bearing housing are also hydraulically driven. The upper roller's end is equipped with a balancing mechanism, allowing for easy removal of the workpiece and cylinder after winding.
