Automated operation of a CNC four-high roller bending machine

The four-roll CNC roller machine features both upper and lower rolls as driven rolls, with the side rolls being driven rolls. The upper roll position is fixed, while the lower and side rolls are adjustable for up and down movement. Both the upper and lower rolls are powered by hydraulic motors, and the side rolls are elevated or lowered by their respective oil cylinders at both ends. The flipping and resetting of the bearing housing on the front side of the upper roll are executed by tilting cylinders. All roller bearings and oil cylinders are mounted within the frame on both left and right ends.
The side racks are the main body of the CNC four-roll plate bending machine, constructed with a welded structure and precision-machined on a CNC machine. They are mounted on an integral base. The unloading device pushes the finished rolled part out of the machine after the cylinder is flipped into place; all operations of the machine are conducted from the control panel.
The CNC four-roll plate bending machine can securely clamp steel plates to prevent slippage during bending.
2. The side roller serves as a positioning function, allowing the steel plate to be aligned during feeding. It facilitates bending conical parts, elliptical shapes, and other irregular products.
During the pre-bending and rolling process of the CNC four-roll plate bending machine, the steel plate does not need to be flipped.
